Wall thickness specifications:
Wall overall thickness is 25 cm, including the thickness of the eps two side panels 11 cm, and the middle concrete thickness 14 cm;
Wall overall thickness is 28 cm, including the thickness of the eps two side panels 11 cm,and the intermediate concrete thickness 17 cm;
Wall overall thickness is 32 cm, including the thickness of the eps two side panels 11 cm,and the intermediate concrete thickness 21 cm;
Housing design Tips:
1. The room, depth, floor height, height and width of the door and window walls, the height of the top and bottom sill walls of the windows and the top sill walls of the door should be in line with the module base. The center line distance of the wall shall be an integer multiple of 300mm. The size of the door and window opening should also be an integer multiple of 300mm.
2. The width of the corner wall stack of the house and the wall stack between doors and windows should not be less than 600mm; when the house is a single floor, the height of the upper threshold of the doors and windows should not be less than 600mm.
3. When the wall is below the ground, M15 cement mortar should be used to seal the corners at the junction of the wall and the ground beam or foundation floor.
4. When the outer wall of the house has no pillars and the height of the first floor is not more than 5.1m, the concrete strength grade and reinforcement recommendation shall meet the following table.
